CPIC offers a variety of Community Leadership course including: Introduction of Community Engagement, Community Leadership and Relationship Building, Running Effective Community Meetings, Managing Projects from Start to Finish, Advocating for your child and your community, Community Mapping: Resource identification and utilization and more
CPIC guided strategic planning will provide leadership training and capacity building opportunities for Community Based Organizations, Community Advisory Boards (CAB) Community Stakeholder members/Community residents and Community Partners to enhance their ability to create, develop and implement the delivery of sponsored community based initiatives to children, families and their communities.
Community Partners In Change Organization is a not for profit organization who primary purpose is to support the development of capacity building activities for the citizens of Philadelphia thereby elevating the quality of life.
CPIC groups support education and training, youth growth and development, family health and safety and community capacity building activities.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that CPIC representative may contact you about working with your school/community-based organization.
You may find CPIC to be a resource in identifying and distributing family resources and encouraging parental participation and engagement in by School advisory councils, neighborhood advisory committees and attending important community/school meetings.
CPIC also provide educational forums on such topics as community engagement, meeting facilitation, community mapping/resource identification, job readiness, child safety, domestic violence ,conflict resolution, drug abuse and Youth and community violence reduction.
